HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT is an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

Classes taught by a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. 

Class Schedule
Thursday November 7th, 14th, 21st and Thursday December 5th, 12th and 19th 
Classes will be from 5:30pm - 6:15pm
Class will be held at the Community Building in uptown Denison
Fee: $30 for all 6 classes or $5 drop in fee

*Please bring your own exercise mat.
