Start your weekend by relaxing, unwinding, and exploring the physical and mental benefits of yoga. Improve your balance, strength, and flexibility and leave with a greater sense of calm.

Class schedule: Saturday, February 15th and 22nd
                       Saturday, March 7th, 21st and 28th
                       Saturday, April 4th  
 
Classes will be from 8:00am - 8:45am 

Class will be held at the Aquatic Center 

Fee: $30 for all 6 classes or $5 drop in fee

All ages and yoga levels welcome
*Please bring your own yoga mat
