Low and High Cardio Sessions Register View Cart

Join us for a 45 minute session of a full body workout that will leave you sweating and getting those endorphins running. Fun fact: Did you know endorphins help relieve pain, reduce stress and improve your sense of well-being? This is why we want you to join us! We will have two intensity classes available, low and high. The low session will be for beginners. It will be slower pace, low impact all while keeping your heart rate steady at about 50% of its maximum rate. The high session will be for more advanced individuals. This is where you work, then rest, then work again. It is fast paced, and utilizes 80-95% of your maximum heart rate. All workouts are made by a certified strength and conditioning coach. 

Price: $25 for all sessions regardless what level you choose. All are welcome! 

Drop in rate $5 when you arrive (cash or check only). 

Times:
Mondays
-Low Intensity: 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM
-High Intensity: 7:00 PM - 7:45 PM

Wednesdays
-High Intensity: 6:00 AM - 6:45 AM
-Low Intensity: 7:00 AM - 7:45 AM 

Class Dates:
-Starts: February 26th
-Ends: April 29th

All classes will be held every Monday and Wednesday unless cancelled. We will post cancellations on our Facebook page, and through email. 

The instructors will be Tara Wareham and Sam Ellis. Please note that neither one is a certified fitness instructor and volunteering to provide these sessions with knowledge from personal experiences. We are working closely to have guest instructors throughout this winter session. More information will be announced once finalized.
