You do not need to know how to swim to exercise in the water! Water exercise is a low impact way to burn calories, tone your muscles, and increase cardiovascular fitness.

Fee: Daily admission or a current season ticket
Lap swimming is a great way to get into shape and stay in shape. You may enter your name in our Lap Log Book to keep track of your miles.
