POOL USE. We charge everyone who enters the pool area, regardless of their intent to swim. We do this for two reasons: 1) we are still responsible for your safety even if you don’t enter the water. 2) The layout of the building allows for some to say they aren’t swimming and not pay, but end up in the water without us knowing.

INFO TO KNOW

  1. REGISTER EARLY. Most programs require a minimum number of enrollees to hold class. If we don’t meet that number, the class will be cancelled. We will not un-cancel a class if people come in to register late. We may also close registration prior to the posted deadline if we reach optimal numbers. Bottom line – don’t wait until the last minute to register.
  2. PHOTOS. We enjoy taking pictures of happy people participating in our programs. We then sometimes use these photos in our advertising to show others what they are missing. By enrolling in a program or activity, you agree to allow the use of your/your children’s likeness to be used for advertising in a way the department deems appropriate. If you do not want your likeness used in this manner, written notice to the department is required.
  3. YOUTH SPORTS. Often times, a youth sports program will have extra practices scheduled during the season that aren’t on the advertised competition days. Extra practices are completely voluntary and are up to the volunteer coach to schedule around his/her availability.
  4. SWIM LESSONS. In order to make swim lesson available to the greatest number of people, we ask that you only enroll in one session at a time. On the last day of the session you are enrolled in, you may then enroll in another session. This saves administration time when a child is enrolled in back to back levels but fails to pass the first level and must be transferred out of the next level.
