Floating HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Float HIIT
HIIT is an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue.

We have taken this strategy and added the element of having to balance on a board that is floating on the water.


Classes typically last for 45mins.

The current session will consist of 8 classes.
Class will be held on Monday evenings.
Monday, March 1st - Monday, April 19th. 


Pre-registration is required.


Due do limited number of boards, please be aware of what class time you are registering for, as this is the class time that you will be required to attend.
