Swim team

 Swimmers MUST be able to swim unassisted across the pool. 


Begins:  Tuesday November 5, 2024
Fee: $50.00 Registration 
             

Practices times are :  

Sunday-- 3:00pm-4:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday   5:30-7:00pm 

Swim Meets are on Saturdays: 
Dec 7 @ Denison Vs Perry (Will need parents to work all home meets.)
Dec 14 in Carroll vs Carroll and Harlan
Jan 11 at Home Vs Des Moines East and Clarinda 
Jan 18 in Perry vs Perry, Emmetsburg, Lifetime and Des Moines East
Jan 25 @ Home vs Carroll and Manning
Feb 1 @ Des Moines East vs Des Moines East, Lifetime, Boone and Harlan
Feb 15 @ Home vs Woodbine and Harlan ( All parents will help at this meet)
 
March 8  - State Meet at the Well mark Y in Des Moines 




$15 for locker rental during the swim team season OR $20 for the year 
We are trying to keep our locker room clean and neat so others can use benches.  Locks are not provided.   

This is a competitive swim team that will meet three nights a week. Must be at least 5 years old by the start of the program, AND the swimmer needs to be able to swim the length of the pool doing any stroke completely unassisted.  Meets will be on Saturdays and parents will be responsible for transportation to and from meets.  For questions or help to register please stop in or call the Denison Aquatic Center at (712) 263-8130.
