This activity is based in 4ft to 5ft water, with water weights and pool noodles. This activity is good for reducing the impact on your joints and muscles. It improves range of motion, strength, and helps reduce weight loss. While most activities are high impact, water makes water aerobics a low impact activity and causes less stress on you're body. Water aerobics allow easy mobility to those will arthritis, joint pain, and other conditions.
Classes start on Tuesday, October 1st

Admissions will be $20 for one month - Walk-ins are $5 per session
